By accessing or using the SalesBuddy website, programs or services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using SalesBuddy you represent that you meet these requirements.

SalesBuddy provides career placement programs including resume creation, interview scripts and live coaching. Specific deliverables and timelines are described on the relevant program page and at the time of enrollment.

We do not guarantee a specific job offer, salary or employment outcome. Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund eligibility is described in your enrollment agreement. Once digital deliverables (such as your custom resume or interview script) have been produced, fees are non-refundable.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information in any intake forms, calls or communications with us. You are responsible for completing program requirements, attending scheduled sessions and applying the materials we provide.

All content, frameworks, templates, scripts and materials created by SalesBuddy are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute or share our materials with third parties without written consent.

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential by both parties. You agree not to share session recordings, scripts or proprietary frameworks publicly.

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with our systems, or using our materials for unlawful purposes.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SalesBuddy does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error free or meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesBuddy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program in question.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other clients, our team or our business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SalesBuddy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date and will be effective as soon as it is posted. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
